Bosque County organizations provide scholarships to Class of 2026 graduates for continued education beyond high school
The future of our country – young people – requires foresight, planning and gumption; scholarships to graduating seniors can serve as a small investment that modestly extends the runway for their greater success.
Across Bosque County, civic organizations, service clubs, churches, libraries, family memorial funds and community supporters pooled their resources during the year to help local graduates continue their education and training after high school. These contributions recognized academic achievement, leadership, service, career preparation and community involvement among members of the Class of 2026.
This year, Clifton ISD reported that entities under the Clifton Education Foundation’s umbrella contributed over $160,000 to graduating seniors, which brings Clifton students’ total scholarship dollars to just shy of $250,000. In addition, Meridian ISD reported that their seniors received $35,000 in scholarships this year.
